Is and isn’t.
We started our company around employee ideas.
That’s when I realized one-to-one feedback was crucial. I had a good employee quit and I was surprised. It was a gut punch.
So we started doing one-to-one meetings. I was blown away at what wasn’t being shared.
We later (like a lot later) realized an idea is only a small fraction of the feedback people want to share at work. And, as we started introducing more types of feedback, it became obvious that 1:1s were a feature we should add.
I believe in them so much we added it to our product. I didn’t even know they were a thing before we started SoapBox. Wish I did.
So it made the cut.
Also it is content marketing, to a degree. Yes. Though I hope honest and authentic. Not trying to spam people here.
